Coach Jordan Bailey joined the Red Raven staff in June of 2024 after spending 2 seasons at the University of Missouri.  While at Missouri, Coach Bailey assisted with all aspects of the program; from scouting and recruiting to player development – helping the Tigers reach their best SEC finish in school history during the 2022-2023 season, 4th place.  That same season, Missouri went on to the NCAA tournament, achieving its first tournament win in 13 years.  During his time at Missouri, Coach Bailey helped coach and develop players such as 2023 Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Kobe Brown (30th overall draft pick in the 2023 NBA Draft), D’Moi Hodge (first player from the British Virgin Islands to play in the NBA), 2024 Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Sean East, and many more that have since gone on to play professional basketball.

In the Summer of 2023, Coach Bailey was named General Manager and Assistant Coach for the Show Me Squad, Missouri’s inaugural team in the TBTâ.  Coach Bailey helped lead the Show Me Squad to their first-ever TBTâ win; coaching former Missouri alumni who went on to play professionally, such as Jontay Porter and Tony Criswell.

Prior to Missouri, Coach Bailey served as the Assistant Coach at Ouachita Baptist University from 2018-2022, for former NBA player and TCU Hall of Famer, Dennis Nutt.  While at Ouachita, Coach Bailey assisted in all aspects of the program, helping the Tigers to reach the post-season 3 of his 4 seasons on staff. He also helped develop 2021 All-GAC selection, Kendarious Smith, and Alex Scariolo, the son of Spanish National Team Head Coach, Sergio Scariolo.

Before Ouachita Baptist, Coach Bailey served as the Director of Operations at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) during the 2017-2018 season.  That season, UCA set a record for most Division 1 wins in school history and the highest Southland Conference finish in school history.  While at UCA, Coach Bailey helped coach and develop Jordan Howard, the Southland Conference and UCA All-time leading scorer.

Coach Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Missouri State University, a Masters in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University, and a Masters in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Athletic Leadership and Positive Coaching from the University of Missouri..  He resides in Coffeyville with his wife, Kelsey, and a son, Jackson.
