The Coffeyville Red Ravens men's soccer team was able to get the first 3 points in conference play against Allen County CC. The first win in conference came on the road and the Red Ravens were able to establish their will onto the game early. Freshman Maurillo Conceicao was able to find Seun Koya within the first 10mins, which resulted in the early 1-0 lead. The Red Ravens could have gone into the half with a more comfortable lead, but failed to capitalize on some great chances within the first 45 minutes. In the 2^nd half the Red Ravens continued to look for another goal and were finally rewarded when freshman Guilherme Bittencourt was able to find the back of the net with a header coming from a cross of free kick from freshman Vitor Matos. In the last 20 minutes of the game the Red Ravens were playing with a one-man advantage, which enabled them to control the game until the final whistle. Sophomore goalkeeper Felipe Domingos recorded his first clean sheet of conference play with 5 saves.
