Red Raven sophomore guard Alanie Fisher can make free throws.  Against the Barton Cougars, Fisher was 10 for 10 from the foul line.  Fisher's 10 free throws and 25 points overall was the push the Red Ravens needed in their 60-50 defeat of the Cougars. 

The win extended the Red Ravens overall record to 10-5 and their Kansas Jayhawk Conference record to a healthy 9-3.  Coffeyville is streaking with the win being their fifth in a row.

The Red Ravens were trailing the Cougars (34-38) at the end of the third quarter.  However, Coffeyville was able to outscore the Cougars 26-12 in the final period to secure the victory.

Including Fisher's 10 for 10 from the foul line, Coffeyville as a team was 17-18 from the charity stripe for a cool 94% overeall.  

Red Raven stat leaders in the game included Fisher's 25 points, 4 rebounds & 4 steals along with freshmen Lucy Burke (9 points and 5 boards) and freshmen forward Alexis Wooden (8 points and 5 rebounds).

Coffeyville returns to Nellis Hall on Saturday, January 14th for a home game against the Cowley Tigers.  Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 pm.
