Indoor track and field season is underway and week six of KJCCC Athletes of the Week have been awarded. 

MEN'S TRACK Athlete of the Week
Nazzio John (Butler) – He posted a time of 6.65 in the 60m dash at the Tyson Invitational hosted by the University of Arkansas and tied the National Record for Grenada. His time is the #1 time in the NJCAA #1 and was good for fourth place at the meet which was filled with NCAA Division I and DII teams.

MEN'S FIELD Athlete of the Week
Trevor Gunzell (Coffeyville) – He posted personal record marks in both the weight throw and shot put at the Pittsburg State 8^th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic. In the weight throw he posted a mark of 16.66m which ranks seventh in the NJCAA, and he posted a mark of 17.91m in the shot put which ranks second in the NJCAA.
