Dustin Bromley, a hometown product of Coffeyville, Kansas, attended Field Kindley High School and was a 4-year letterman in both football and basketball.  Bromley excelled while at FKHS, where he compiled over 1,500 receiving yards and 16 total touchdowns his senior year.  Bromley was named all-state 2 years in a row while at Field Kindley High School and still holds the record for most receiving yards in a single season.  
 
Dustin received a scholarship to play football at Coffeyville Community College in 2002 from then-head coach Jeff Leiker.  During his 2-year tenure at CCC, Bromley had over 1,000 yards receiving and 8 touchdowns, was named all-conference both years while at Coffeyville and named MVP of the 2003 Dalton Defender Bowl.  Bromley was also the recipient of the 2003 Nolan Luhn Award. 
 
After Coffeyville, Bromley played at Missouri Southern State University from 2004-2006.  He was team captain for both years and earned all-conference honors 2 years in a row while at MSSU.  Bromley compiled over 1,300 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns while at Missouri Southern and was named Most Valuable Player of the 2005-2006 season.  
 
After completing his career at Southern, Bromley was a graduate assistant coach at Oklahoma State and earned his Master’s Degree.
Dustin is currently the Principal of Crosby Middle School in Houston, TX.  He is married to his high school sweetheart and also a Coffeyville native Erin Bromley (Sortore).  Erin and Dustin have a son named Owen.
