The Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Men's Golf team competed at the NJCAA Central District Tournament on April 24th and 25th at Crestview Country Club in Wichita Kansas on April 24th and 25th.

Red Raven freshman Braden Smith carded a three-round total of 218 (72, 71, 75) or a +2 to place in a three-way tie for first place.  The tournament did not have a playoff for the first-place tie therefore all three players were declared individual champions.  Smith tied with Joshua Balson-Scales (Garden City CC) and Arthit Kruaprayong (Dodge City CC) at +2.  By placing first, Smith earns a trip to the NJCAA Men's Golf National Championship Tournament being held at Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton Kansas, May 16-19.

On the team side of things, the Coffeyville Community College Men's team of Braden Smith, Ty Peterson, Isaac Prengel, Ethan Alquist, and Andrew Langley placed 10th overall as a team.
