The Red Raven Women soccer team played at home on Saturday afternoon against Allen County. The first half saw plenty of shots being taken by both teams however none would find the back of the net. This would also happen in the second half. Both teams had many chances however neither team could get on the scoresheet. With 90 minutes played and no goals, the game went into overtime. The Red Ravens came out strong and with 5 minutes gone in overtime the Red Ravens would score the game winning goal. A floating free kick was served into the box by Helena Diaz which found the head of Christine Kitaru and went into the back of the net for the Ravens to win 1-0.

The Ravens are back in action this Wednesday on the road against Butler.
