El Dorado Kan. - The Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Baseball Team lost the first two games of their First Round Region VI Playoff matchup against Butler 13-2 and 7-5.  With the two losses, Coffeyville's season ended with an overall regular-season record of 31-24.

Game #1 of the series played on Wednesday was close early in the contest, however, Butler was able to blow the game open scoring four runs in the sixth inning and then scoring eight runs in the sixth inning to pull the seven-inning 13-2 run rule final after seven innings.

Game #2 of the series was played on Thursday and was closer, however, Coffeyville gave up a five-run second inning to the Grizzlies and played catch-up for the remainder of the game.  Scoring in five of the innings was not enough for the Ravens to stave off the 7-5 defeat.
