Coach Dell Howard came to the Red Raven's football coaching staff in 2019.
Coach Howard comes to the Red Ravens from Abilene Christian where he served as a Defensive assistant in 2018.
From 2015-2017 coach Howard was at Lyon College in Batesville Arkansas coaching defensive backs for the college’s newly added football team. In 2016 he was promoted to defensive
coordinator and associate head coach and helped the program get its first-ever win in 2016.
In 2014 Coach Howard was the defensive coordinator at a start-up program at OD Prep In Oklahoma City.
In 2013 Coach Howard served as the cornerbacks' coach at UW Stout.
In 2012 he was at the University of Memphis where he was a graduate assistant coaching the outside linebackers in their 3-4 scheme.
For the 2010 and 2011 seasons, coach Howard was a graduate assistant at the University of Missouri where he worked with the defensive backs.
Howard is a 2010 graduate of the University of Missouri where he was a 4-year letter winner.
