CCC Women's Soccer Take Down NEO

The Red Ravens women's soccer team played Northwestern Oklahoma A&M college at home on Tuesday night. The Red Ravens started on the attack straight from kick off. The first goal came from freshman forward Isabelle Attenborough. A left footed strike would go straight over the keepers head to give the red ravens 1-0 lead. Goal number 2 was scored by freshman Ashley Countryman. A cross into the box would force a save from the keeper and countryman was there to tap the ball home. Ravens went into the half 2-0 lead.

Ashley Countryman would once again get on the stat sheet but this time for an assist. Countryman sent a ball forward and Gabriela Rodrigues was there to put the ball in the back on the net to make it 3-0. Rodriques would also earn herself an assist, this time passing the ball through to Ana Ruiz who sent a floating ball over the keepers head and into the back of the net to make it 4-0. NEO came back in the 65th min to score their only goal of the night.  Cassidy Rumsey would score an unassisted goal for NEO. Final score 4-1.
