The Coffeyville Community College Red Raven women's basketball team is well represented on the 2020 KJCCC Division I women's basketball awards.
Head Red Ravens coach Tony Turner in his first year at the helm of the Ravens was voted Co-Coach of the year in the KJCCC East Division. Coach Turner guided the Red Ravens to an outstanding 25-7 overall record and 14-6 in KJCCC contest. The 14-6 conference record placed Coffeyville second in the East division. This is coach Turner's second East coach of the year title as he also earned that award while coaching previously as the Independence Community College head women's basketball coach.
Red Raven basketball freshman Faith Simpson earned recognition as an All-KJCCC First Team East selection. Simpson is a 6'0" freshmen from Palisade Nebraska. On the year, Simpson played in 20 games for the Red Ravens and averaged 18.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.
Coffeyville sophomore Ania Markowska earned a spot on the All-KJCCC Second Team East. Markowska is a 5'11" sophomore from Gdynia Poland. Markowska saw action in 30 games averaging 8.3 points and 8.2 rebounds per game for Coffeyville.
The Red Ravens placed three members on the All-KJCCC East Honorable Mention team with sophomores Alana Kramer from Junction City Kansas and McKenzie Murrel-Patton from Oklahoma City Oklahoma along with freshman Kailyn Lay from Frisco Texas making the team. Kramer averaged 10 points and 2.6 rebounds while Murrel-Patton averaged 8.5 points per game and Lay averaged 5.5 points and 5.2 assists for Coffeyville.
