The CCC Football team fell to 2-2 over and 1-1 in conference after the loss on the road to the Butler Grizzlies.
It was a hard fought defensive battle for the entire game. Both teams had trouble getting point on the board with the score being 7-0 at half with the Ravens trailing.
With no points being scored in the third quarter, the Grizzlies pulled away in the fourth. They scored 15 points to put the game away at 22-0 in favor of Butler Community College.
Reece Shaw led the passing attack with 127 yards, DeShawn Massey led the Running game with 48 yards, and Kendrick Jones led the receiving core with 119 yards.
Coffeyville will be back in action on the road Saturday September 22nd at 1 pm against Highland Community College
