Biography:

Mark Allen, an alumnus of Coffeyville Community College, is a certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Wellness from Pittsburg State University.  He has been involved in fitness, powerlifting and strongman competitions for 10 years.  Mark has competed in the National Amateur Strongman Competition finishing in the top 5 in 2012.  He also finished first in the 2007 AAU national powerlifting meet and was the 3A high school power lifting champion in 2007.
